The hawk has long been regarded as a symbol of clarity, awareness, and the ability to see what truly matters. With its remarkable capacity to notice even the smallest movements from great heights, it reminds us to pause and observe with conscious attention.
Hab Acht! emerged through an intuitive and meditative painting process. Gradually, the woman and the hovering hawk revealed themselves. A quiet dialogue unfolds between them. They meet as equals — attentive, awake, and filled with trust.
The woman's flowing hair almost imperceptibly merges with the movement of the hawk. Together, they form a continuous rhythm, a circle of awareness and connection. It is as though they are watching over one another, gently reminding each other to remain present.
This work invites us to trust our own perception once again and to meet the subtle signs of life with openness and attentive awareness.
